On 14th January 2015, Jacada Travel and Botswana Tourism will be hosting an evening about Botswana at London’s Royal Geographical Society.
Ralph Bousfield, owner of luxury safari company Uncharted Africa and one of the most respected and renowned guides in Africa, will be holding a talk all about Botswana, wildlife and conservation.
After Ralph’s talk, there will be drinks, canapes and a chance to socialise in the RGS’s map room. Ralph will be available for questions, too.
There will also be an exclusive private viewing of the first maps of the Kalahari and Thomas Baines’ watercolours – the first images of Botswana. Baines travelled through southern Africa with David Livingstone until the pair fell out.
