This year 12 intrepid horse riders have entered the annual Bluecross Challenge to raise funds for the ZNSPCA. From the 25th July we will ride 500km from the lowest point in Zimbabwe, the Save/Runde confluence in the lowveld, to the highest, Mt Inyangani. This is NOT a race and we have 2 weeks to complete the 500km.
There is no doubt this will be an adventure of epic proportions! But it is for such a good cause as the animals that have no voice in this country need the invaluable support that the ZNSPCA gives.
We are looking to raise any sponsorship funds for this endeavour. We are wishing to cover some of the costs of the huge logistics involved and also the entry sponsorship which is 200$ for bronze, 400$ for silver and $600 for gold entries. This goes directly to the ZNSPCA and we also hope to raise a donation.
