Slow, but steady progress has been made at Tokwe Mukosi after the last few weeks.  Thankfully the rain has abated somewhat, allowing repairs to take place.  The seepage is under control and there has been no further slippage.   There is still 18 metres to go before reaching the top, but the water is still too high to complete the final skin up the stream side of the wall.  Water is still pumping at the outlet at 100 cubic metres per second.

Funding to complete the project is currently being sourced in South Africa, though Tongaat Hulett.

On the ground, there is no major disease outbreak so far, however frequent gastric infections have been reported.
