We stayed for 2 nights and loved the hotel, we arrived early and managed to get our room straight away but it was a twin they were very good at offering to move us but the location was not as good so we stayed on the 2nd floor. We did have an issue with the aircon it was working when we arrived but was not later that day we called down and they sent someone immediately who indicated the trip swich had been reset and sure enough it was fine. The had mozzy nets and provided lovely smelling anti mozzy cream. I often get bitten but I had no problems.
The view of the bridge is wonderful and we were lucky enough to get seats on the terrace with the amazing view for afternoon tea which was gorgeous, local tea was superb and the coffee very good, plenty for 2 many people shared between four. The evening meals were very good we did have a problem with sparkeling water which had no real fizz after trying several bottles the waiter confirmed they were all the same and we gave up on that. The cocktails were excellent. Location is very good just a short walk to the fall. I would love to go back, we booked independently and arrived before any groups so had no problems guess we were lucky as I know we got our visa fairly quickly others said it took them ages so if your part of a big group waiting for everyone to get through then arrive on mass as part of a big group would cause you more delays I would say.
Room Tip: Go for the 2nd floor and ask for bridge view.
