“This little-developed property comprises an irregular shaped property covering some 178 Ha in extent, located on the south bank of the Kafue River, about six kilometres from its confluence with the Zambezi River.

The property has about 350m long frontage on the Kafue River on the outside of a bend in the River. Major project activities will be confined to the northern half of the farm adjacent to the river, and it is intended that the remainder of the land will be kept in its natural state as a conservancy”.
